Cisco IPCC Administrator (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Telecommunication
2. To Perform Cisco (IPCC) IP Contact Center (Call Manager, ICM, and IVR) system administration.
3. Working and hands-on experience of Cisco IPCC (Call Manager, ICM, and IVR, Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD)) system administration.
4. Experience in Telecom Companies (GSM Operators) is a PLUS
5. Good English language, reading and writing
6. Good Communication skills
7. Professional outlook.
8. Full-Time and Contract position available.
