We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

IMPORT & LOGISTICS OFFICER

Responsibilities:
  • Send the purchase order to overseas supplier and organize the transportation for the materials
  • Prepare /arrange the importation & shipping documentation base on customs law.
  • Responsible for handling the custom clearance processing.
  • Ensure, monitor and trace the plant / material delivery from / to overseas and inform the status to site on daily basis.
  • Prepare and arrange the Master List.
  • Manage filing system and confidential files as necessary for purposes of customs audit
  • Submit weekly & monthly report
  • Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements:
  • Male
  • Min. D3 from any educational background
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Minimal of 3 years relevant experiences
  • Good computer skill especially in Microsoft Office
  • Familiar on handling import & logistics. and also familiar with Customs EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) system.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good relationship with government ( Customs, BKPM, Trade )
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
